Have
the Guts to Cut
Two weeks ago, I mentioned Kurt
Vonnegut's "How to
Write with Style," which suggests that we "have the guts to
cut."
Taking his words to heart, I worked
on a 500-word piece written in conjunction with my two English
classes this term.
My final word count is 484,
but better fewer than too many words. You can read the essay, "Blackberry
